To help address future water needs in the Treasure Valley and southwest Idaho, the Idaho Water Resource Board is partnering with the Bureau of Reclamation to investigate and undertake a project to raise Anderson Ranch Dam.
The concept recommended in Reclamation’s Final Feasibility Study is a 6-foot dam raise resulting in approximately 29,000 acre-feet of storage capacity.
Phase one of the project was a feasibility study, and information on phase one is accessible here.
