Water right changes made under the provisions of a drought declaration expire at the end of the current year unless extended or terminated by the IDWR Director.
Seven individual federal and tribal reserved settlement agreements were included in the 2014 Snake River Basin Adjudication (SRBA) Final Unified Degree. Attachment 4 to the SRBA Final Unified Decree encompasses the federal and tribal reserved settlements, including all consent decrees and all attachments thereto, and all federal, state and/or tribal legislation necessary to enact and approve the water right settlements, consisting of 523 pages.
