Notice
Water right changes made under the provisions of a drought declaration expire at the end of the current year unless extended or terminated by the IDWR Director.
IDWR proposes an amendment of Rules for Conjunctive Management of Surface and Ground Water Resources to align the rule with the provisions of Section 42-233c, Idaho Code, that came into effect on July 1, 2024. This amendment ensures consistency and continuity between the statute and the rule.
