The IWRB is negotiated the IDAPA 37.02.01 rules during 2020/2021 as part of the requirement to review each rule every 5 years consistent with the Governor’s Zero-Based Regulation Executive Order 2020-01.
On September 30, 2021, the IWRB terminated this Zero-Based Rulemaking and passed a resolution adopting and authorizing the publication of IDAPA 37.02.01 as part of its Omnibus Non-Fee Rulemaking, Docket No. 37-0000-2100.
