§42-4301 provides directive for the Idaho Water Resource Board (IWRB) to authorize cloud seeding operations in the State of Idaho. The IWRB began requiring authorized cloud seeding projects to provide reports and documentation of cloud seeding operations in April 2021. Records prior to this date may be incomplete.
